At Bike Lifters, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
If your Lift Caddy has a problem that does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If the problem does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you no longer require the product.
Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about compatibility or installation.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at info@bikelifters.com.au with:
• your order number or proof of purchase
• a description of the issue
• photos or video if available
We may request further information or ask that the product be returned for inspection before confirming the appropriate remedy.
Returns must be authorised before being sent.
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
